Preparation
- Meet with the client and scope their needs to be able to recommend a list of ideal celebrities to fit their brand
- Propose interactive events and promotional activities to actively market the product through various forms of media
Acquisition
- Negotiate with our Korean talent management partners based on the client’s budget and requirements
- Write and review the contract terms, ensuring that the client’s business interests are protected
- Obtain licensing rights to allow the client to produce and sell custom merchandise using the artist’s trademark
Launch
- Assist in the preparation of layouts, storyboards and event programs
- Book the Korean glam team, photographers, videographers, venue and the translators for the photo/video shoot
- Arrange the airline bookings, hotel, airport transfers and private transportation of the client during their stay in Korea and provide the client’s itinerary, if needed
- Attend all photo/video shoots and coordinate with the production team before, during and after the photo/video shoot
Implementation
- Liaise with the Korean management agency to secure the approval of each marketing material to be released throughout the duration of the campaign
- Consultation with NILE on any brand promotion throughout the duration of our partnership
Brand Activation
- Plan and execute media conferences
- Prepare the program of the fanmeets based on contract agreements
- Organize Meet and Greet activities in store visits and mall tours
- Collaborate on grand launch events and activities
- Coordinate online fanmeetings
Logistics
- Arrange work and travel-related insurance coverage for the Korean entourage
- Manage the airline and hotel bookings, transportation and security for the Korean team
- Secure the working permit of the talent
- Furnish the hospitality rider of the Korean team
- Assist in the arrival and departure of the Korean team at the airport
